12 Strand Dyneema ® SK78. Applications: Halyards, Trip lines and Strops. Benefits: Combine with MGP Cover for use as Halyards or Sheets. Lightweight – reduces on-board weight. Very high strength – excellent for further reducing diameters to improve weight and windage. Creep and stretch benefits of D12 78 are further improved in D12 Max 78. Marlow ArmourCoat, increases the life of the rope by reducing UV and abrasion fatigue. Does not absorb water so floats and remains light weight when sailing. 12 Strand construction makes splicing quick and easy. D12 Max 78 will be stiffer than regular D12 78.
